The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because I personally don't like BBQ. HOWEVER, they have amazing burgers, dogs and sausages..plus a VERY YUMMY assortment of sides.The family loves their milkshakes and we come as often as weather allows!

They have the best burgers and fries ever! The burgers are cooked exactly how you like it. I go to Middleburger's before any of the "other places". They also have other food, everything is reasonably priced and worth the trip so check them out!

Holy moly this is some of the best bbq I've ever had. Pulled pork sandwich was perfect, the smoky flavor came from being smoked not slathered in liquid smoke bbq sauce. Ribs were just excellent, fall off the bone deliciousness. And the corn bread and the chili were so good too. Wish I lived nearby. These people cooking are professionals!

I tell almost everyone to go here, I swear it. If you want a delicious-juicy-well cooked burger and some fresh french fries to accompany it look no further. Middleburgers is located in a big pagoda looking structure aside RT 30 in between Scoharie and Middleburgh. There are a variety of American BBQ style dishes, most notably burgers and pulled pork sandwiches. Mac and Cheese bites available! Cash ONLY!

I highly recommend this place, I go every chance I can over everything else available locally. The food is amazing!

I have never had a beef brisket sandwich with a brown sugar BBQ sauce. It's amazing! Messy and sticky and everything else good about brisket. The fries are also on point. Crisp and fresh. Kudos to the cook. My only issue is Cash Only. I can overlook this with the quality of the meal served.

Wow! someone here really knows what they're doing! I was traveling for work and driving by. Had the Carolina pulled pork sandwich with a side of baked beans, it's was amazing! I'm certain everything was homemade, including the cole slaw I got on my sandwich and BBQ sauce,.. mmmhhh and all for under 8 bucks!

Briscuit sandwich is excellent. Has a sweet maple flavored sauce. Fries good too.
